Get handmade accessories easily from Japan :)

Hello, I'm Aya who designs and makes accessories of Mirana *Handmade*.

I've sent items to overseas from Japan so if you are interested in my items, please send me message from 【contact】on the web shop or Instagram.　

Even if you don't speak Japanese, please don't worry about it.

I speak English so I can explain about items and how to send or what kind of options you have to send.

【About the postage】

The postage is around 600 Japanese yen with a tracking number and insurance (maximum 6000 yen) if you are in Asia but it depends on the countries and weights.

If you are far from Japan, it could be more and some countries don't have cheap way to send so in taht case, EMS is the only way to send.

If you are wondering how much it costs, let me know. I'll check it for you.

【About payment】

This web shop doesn't take a credit card issued in other countries so I have another web shop for people who don't have a Japanese credit card.

The web shop is only for purchase so when you decide what you would like to take, please tell me.

I'll let you know how much it is and how much the postage is and make your page on another web shop.

You can use your credit card there. I'm afraid I don't accept sending money through a bank.

【About delivery date and return/ exchange policy】

I start to make items after I  check your payment went through and it usually takes 5 to 14 days to send.

But it depends on the situations so it could be longer.

If you are in rush, please tell me bofore your purchase.

Basically I don't accept to return items but if there is obvious defects and if it is unused, please contact me in 24 hours after you get it.

Under any circumstance, I can not refund or exchange if it's a personal reason or purchase by misreading.
